As a Technical Recruiter, Ericka searched for the best possible candidates in a niche field in telecom and navigated the hiring process with various clients and colleagues. Her success in this role made for a seamless transition to real estate, where she’s able to apply her meticulous attention to detail and communication prowess every day.

Throughout her life and career, Ericka has always been most passionate about helping people.
